I strongly stand by what i have said all along & that is that our athletes deserve the best possible support for preparation. the support must be provided on time. I have absolutely nothing against any person or any person heading any federation. My belief is that every federation must be run professionally and effeciently so that the athlete can focus on what he or she is supposed to do and that is to train and compete with a free mind and not worrying about where the next bullet is going to come from. It is the job of the federation to facilitate this process for the athlete, cos its because of the athletes that a federation exists. When this starts to happen i can assure you that performance will improve a lot , and it would give a feeling that there is someone for you.
On a much more exciting front, i have just started to help with suggestions to formulate a programme for some junior shooters. This is really exciting and i am very hopeful there will be some much needed support forthcoming for our future stars.
